A painted Pathfinder Sinspawn. According to the Pathfinder Wiki entry on Sinspawn, “the term ‘wrathspawn’ is equated with the default mechanics of all sinspawn in Pathfinder First Edition Bestiary 2.” I recall encountering at least one sinspawan in Rise of the Runelords, but I am not sure about anywhere else.
The miniature is from Reaper Miniatures‘ Pathfinder line, and is made of metal. The SKU is 60007.
